An Ottoman-style calligraphic panel comprising a large roundel surrounded by shaped calligraphic cartouches with inscriptions above and below, all on a gold foil ground reserved with geometric patterns, the pointed border with stylised scrolling flowers -- 29½in. x 21¼in., dated 1318 AH.
