A black-japanned and gilt-chinoiserie-decorated brass-bound cabinet-on-stand, with rectangular top above hinged fall enclosing fitted interior, with handles to the side, the stand with cabriole legs and pointed pad feet, the stand early 18th century (restorations), the cabinet late 19th century - 35in. (89cm.) wide.
