A detailed fully rigged and planked model of the 'Victory' built by W.R.Jewell -- 26½ x 41in (67.5 x 104cm)
With bound masts, yards with stun's'l booms, standing and running rigging and deck details including coat of arms figurehead, hair rails, heads, anchors, catheads, belaying rails and pins, bitts, hammock nettings and hammocks, deck rails, gratings, upper deck guns in carriages, companionways, canopied ship's bell, stern lanterns and three carvel built planked and framed ship's boats with bottom boards and thwarts. The planked hull, copper platted tp the waterline and with carved stern and quarter galleries, is finished in black and yellow with pale green decks. Mounted on two turned wood columns, display base.
