An unusual electric powered ½in:1ft scale wood and glass model of the Nigerian River Launch 'Teal' of Lagos -- 11 x 51in (28 x 129.5cm)
With deck details including anchor winch, ship's wheel and telegraph, glazed forward cabin, crew accomodation, funnel, engine room lights, aft cockpit and companionway and other details. The hull, carved from the solid, fitted with open frame 6v motor and switch to single shaft and three blade propellor is finished in green and white (crazed and flaking) with varnished deck. (Some pieces missing). Stand.
