A well detailed and presented display model of the K Class destroyer H.M.S. 'Kashmir', pennant no. G12, of circa 1939 - 13¼ x 44½ins (33.5 x 113cms)
With signal mast, radio aerials and halyards and deck details including anchors, winches, deck-rails, lockers, companionways, main and anti-aircraft armaments, open bridge with voice tubes, binnacle, search-lights, binoculars, range-finders and other details, hose reels, stayed funnel with safety valve extension pipes and sirens, torpedo tubes, depth charges and 'k' guns, paravanes, carley floats, gig and two motor boats in davits and many other details. The hull with simulated plating, twin shafts with 'A' brackets and three-bladed propellers and simulated plating is finished in red, black and grey with grey upper works. Stand, brass bound glazed case.
