A fine and detailed builder's half model of the three-masted cargo sailing ship yacht No. 118 built by W. Doxford & Sons Shipbuilders and Marine Engineers Sunderland. Measurements overall - 15½ x 67ins (39.4 x 170.2cms)
With deck details including carved figurehead, anchor, cathead, capstan, deck-rails, companionways, hatches, ventilators, deck-houses, deck-lights, ship's wheel and binnacle and two ship's boats, one in davits, with thwarts. Finished in light brown to the waterline, black, white and varnish. Semi circular mahogany glazed case for wall hanging (glass cracked).
