An unusual Indian pesh kabz dividing into two parts each with single edge watered blade, each hilt and forte with gold damascened decoration, and walrus ivory grips in green embroidered textile covered scabbard with gilt copper chape chased with foliage and with birds head finial -- 11in. long; and a Persian all steel pesh kabz, the single edge blade finely watered with the 'Prophets Ladder Design', the beaked hilt (pitted and incomplete), retaining traces of gold damascened decoration in green velvet scabbard -- 16½in. long.
