A Qajar polychrome lacquer papier-mache qalandam with rounded ends and sliding tray, the top and sides painted with floral sprays and perching nightingales amongst roses and other flowers and foliage (slight damage to ends, old restoration), dated A.H. 1314 -- 8½in. long.
