(13cm.) high; a turquoise glazed composition knobbed lid -- 3 5/8in. (9.2cm.) diam., both circa 600 B.C.; a blue glazed pottery chalice fragment, with moulded lotus leaf pattern; an alabaster vessel fragment; a fragment of a limestone lid, all Dynasty XVIII, from Tell el Amarna; and a North African red burnished pottery bowl with geometric design around the rim -- 6½in.
