A Silesian goblet, the straight-sided quatrefoil bowl engraved with the monogram J.A. beneath a coronet and above the motto FRUCTUS LABORIS, engraved to the reverse with a garlanded urn and doves within scrolling foliage, the bowl cut with flutes to the lower part, on a faceted inverted baluster stem with a double basal knop, the spreading foot etched to the rim and cut with flutes to the underside, mid 18th Century -- 6¾in. high
