A French faience water-fountain and cover of inverted baluster form painted in blue with the bust of a woman to the centre within elaborate stylised foliate scrolls, the cover applied with two models of dolphins at play, the lower section of the fountain moulded with a grotesque mask and fitted with a metal spout (chips and repairs), circa 1750 -- 16in. high
