Two Indian oval miniatures painted on ivory, one a view of the Taj Mahal from the river with figures in a small boat below the walls -- 5¼in. x 4in., and the interior of a tomb, the details picked out in gold -- 4¼in. x 5¾in.; and a portrait on ivory of two ladies standing before a green curtain, both wearing jewellery and holding a rose -- 3¼in. x 2½in., all framed and glazed.
