A Victorian bright-cut oblong vinaigrette with suspension loop, Edward Smith, Birmingham; a Victorian folding fruit knife, the engraved mother-of-pearl handle inset with a cartouche engraved with a monogram; a pen-knife with carved mother-of-pearl handle and plated mounts; a pen-knife, the bone handle carved in the form of a fish; a metal thimble; and a Staffordshire oval patch box inset with a mirror, the hinged cover with motto; "I'll write a motto True indeed. This is my motto Love's my creed", the centre decorated with a putto, the bottom part of the box decorated with floral sprays on a pink ground. (6)
