A George III Scottish part-fluted and gadrooned tapering moulded oval teapot on a rim foot, with a bracket handle, rising curved spout and part-fluted domed hinged cover with gadrooned rounded oblong finial, maker's initial's R.K., Edinburgh 1806 - 4½in., 23.75oz.

It has been suggested that the above piece was made by Robert Keay of Perth, although the oval punch used for stamping the maker's initials differs from his usual oblong punch.
