A brown lacquer three-case inro, the centre of one side decorated in gold hiramakie and nashiji with kikko pattern, the top, base and centre of one side decorated with cherry flowerheads and various autumnal flowers, the interior in gyobu (small crack, old damages) -- 2½in long, 18th/early 19th century.
