A rectangular cast iron fire back, the rope twist borders enclosing a central panel raised with anchors, flowers and fleur-de-lis motifs, flanked by verticle panels of hops, the arch bearing the date and letters 1588, I.F.C., 19th century -- 40¾in. (103.5cm) wide.
