A South German walnut kas of canted outline, with moulded and beaded cornice above a pair of doors with raised lozenge panels with stellar inlay within ripple-moulded borders, the angles and central uprights with ribbon and fruit carving and cherub's mask headings above a drawer with similar ribbon mouldings on bun feet, early 18th century, some carved ormanent later -- 58in. (147.5cm.) wide, 30in. (76cm.) deep, 78½in. (199.5cm.) high.
