A Portuguese colonial rosewood, hardwood, bone-inlaid and boxwood-strung cabinet, with associated pierced brass gallery, above central deep drawer with architectural pediment flanked by eight further drawers, each inset with panels of animals within foliate scroll borders, with silvered brass lion's mask handles on similar silvered paw feet, the cabinet early 18th century, restorations, some mounts replaced -- 26½in. (67cm.) wide, 11in. (38cm.) deep, 22½in. (57cm.) high.
