A Italian carved walnut Gothic Revival three-piece salon suite, comprising two arm chairs and a sofa, each with floral needlework upholstered back and seats, with hunting figures, each rectangular back with pierced top-rail with cresting of scrolling oak leaves and grotesque animal finials, the arms with trailing vine leaves, scrolling foliage and dragons and grotesque terminals above similarly carved seat rail, the sides with armorial panel and linen folds, with stiff-leaf-carved uprights and facetted feet, late 19th century, the sofa -- 83in.
