AN AUBUSSON PASTORAL TAPESTRY PANEL

Woven in wools and silks, depicting a ribbon- tied pastoral trophy with cooning birds, above a bouquet of flowers against an ivory ground, framed by meandering ribbon and floral garlands, within a later blue and yellow outer slip, minor areas of reweaving.
