Frank Wheeler was Pearson's successor with George Michelmore as his assistant. This Shakespeareana catalogue was the first catalogue to be printed for the firm by the Chiswick Press. Although this catalogue was aimed at Pierpont Morgan, two-thirds of the collection was bought by Marsden J. Perry (Navari, The Bookseller's Art 77). (2)
