A beadwork frame, the ground of ivory silk worked in coloured beads with raised work motifs, on one side a nobleman and on the other his lady and above and below columns entwined with fruiting branches, the top and bottom panels with stags, a lion, leopard and griffin and many flowers--29in x 33in., 6½in deep, mid 17th century, framed and glazed, probably originally a mirror frame
