The moulded slightly breakfront cornice, fitted with a pair of panelled cupboard doors, crossbanded and inlaid in satinwood, with scrolling foliage, above shaped panels, inlaid with figures of female deities, within drapery swags, one inlaid in brass with the date 1734, the other inlaid with an interlacing monogram, MMM, on a spreading rectangular base with canted angles and moulded plinth with massive bun feet
