A large Victorian Scottish baluster ewer on a rising circular foot and with an applied scroll rim and scroll handle, the body decorated with rococo flowers, foliage, C-scrolls, scalework and trellis work, the front with a vacant cartouche, engraved above the shoulder within a garter cartouche, probably John Mitchell, Glasgow 1854 - 14in., 30.25oz.
