A late 19th century French gilt bronze timepiece, the blued steel spherical case with applied gilt Roman numerals, surmounted on a nimbus with cherubs, the oval white marble plinth with applied beaded border and trailing vine frieze, on toupe feet -- 7¾in. (19.6cm.) high, with glass dome and key.
