A late 19th century glazed pottery mantel clock, in the Chinese taste, the spherical case modelled with grotesque handles and surmounted by a tazza on tripod elephant head supports, the circular dial with applied gilt metal Roman numerals, the movement striking a bell -- 12½in. (31.7cm.) high.
