A Dutch walnut and burr-walnut armoire, with arched cavetto cornice, centred by shell and foliate scroll cartouche, above pair of shaped panelled doors carved with trailing foliage flanked by canted scroll angles, the bombe base with two short and two long drawers above waved apron centred by rockwork, on claw feet, late 18th century, restorations, the sides re-veneered, re-backed,with remains of German depository label to the reverse -- 78in. (198cm.) wide, 27in. (68.5cm.) deep, 103in. (262cm.) high.
