A North European ebonised and marquetry cabinet-on-stand, with raised hinged compartment with mirrored interior above arrangement of nine ripple-moulded drawers, each with various animals inlaid amongst foliage flanking architectural door enclosing fitted interior, the later stand with spiral twist uprights and bun feet joined by flattened stretchers, the cabinet early 18th century, Dutch or German -- 40in. (102cm.) wide, 18in. (46cm.) deep, 64in. (163cm.) high.
