An English delft blue and white plate painted with an Oriental before a pavilion within a shaped border, the well filled with auspicious emblems and precious objects within a rim painted with stylised foliate designs, painted to the reverse with peony sprays, circa 1740, probably Bristol -- 9in. diam.
