DERBY PORCELAIN VARIOUS PROPERTIES
A Derby (Wm. Duesbury II) botanical plate painted to the centre with a spray of Blue Navel_wort., within a fluted border painted with pink roses, buds and leaves, possibly by William Billingsley, on a gilt band below a waved gilt dentil rim (some wear to gilt, some frits to footrim), titled to the reverse in Latin and English sepia script, painted crossed baton mark, pattern no. 42, circa 1793 -- 9in. diam.
