A Meissen yellow-ground beaker painted in colours with a rider and companion by a tree before landscape, the reverse with a harbour scene of boats before a fortified tower, within brown-line and gilt quatrefoil panels, the interior rim gilt with scrolls (wear and minute scratches), blue crossed swords mark, Pressnummer 6, circa 1740 -- 2¾in. high
