An Anglo Indian rosewood teapoy, the scrolled sarcophagus top profusely carved with foliage, shell and beading, on reeded and gadrooned column, with concave sided platform base and scroll feet, converted to a work table, some beading lost, the lock stamped with a crown J. Bramah, 114 Picadilly, first quarter 19th century -- 19½in. (50cm.) wide.
