A large Seljuk bronze flaring basin with shaped rim decorated to the interior with a central flowerhead within several bands of calligraphic cartouches interspersed with foliate roundels, further bands of calligraphy to the rim (old wear, areas of restoration) -- 18¾.in.wide, 13th century.
