A Chinese white glazed deep bowl, the rounded sides rising to a flaring rim, the centre of the interior incised with an ascending and a descending phoenix amidst cloud scrolls, the exterior with two further phoenix amidst clouds above a band of lotus panels (restored) -- 12in. diam, underglaze blue Jiajing six-character mark and of ther period, pierced wood stand.
