An Imari charger painted in underglaze blue, coloured enamels and gilt with a central coiled dragon among cloud scrolls within a border of stylised floral cartouches and gamboling shishi lions among peonies, all on a ground of demi-florets and scrolling foliage -- 21½in. diam, circa 1700.
