A famille verte bowl painted to the interior with a bird perched on the branch of a flowering prunus tree, the exterior with scattered carp -- 8in. diam; a smaller bowl decorated with insects among sprays of flowers issuing from rockwork -- 4in. diam; a plate painted in coloured enamels and gilt with quail beside millet -- 9in. diam; a blue and white square waisted salt decorated with a lady and child on a terrace -- 2¾in. wide; a famille rose joss-stick holder modelled as a Buddhistic lion seated on a rectangular base -- 9¼in. high; and another joss-stick holder modelled as a carp -- 6in. high, 18th Century and later.
