A late 19th/early 20th century marquetry and brass inlaid fan shaped toilet mirror, the frame decorated with an exotic bird with outstreched wings and an insect, within berried foliage, with a monogram signature F.D.Btè, supported to the front on an applied gilt bronze beaded boss centred by a crown, the associated strut support inscribed ALPH GIROUX PARIS -- 30¼in. (76.8cm.) wide.
