A William IV Irish gilt-lined vase-shaped trophy cup and cover on a foliate and flute-decorated rising circular foot, the body applied with a frieze of vines and with a chased frieze of rising stiff foliage and an applied egg and dart rim, the waisted cover applied with mistletoe leaves and berries and with a fruit finial, the two handles formed as cornucopiae, with later presentation inscription, possibly James Scott, Dublin 1834, also impressed with a retailer's name for William Law - 15½in., 75.50oz.
