A Napoleon III ormolu and Paris porcelain clock garniture, circa 1870, the arched blue ground and jewelled Roman dial heightened in gilt, the centre painted with the figure of Cupid above a panel depicting figures in a rural setting, further panels of flowers to the frieze, musical trophies to the sides, within stiff-leaf cast borders and fluted pilaster uprights, surmounted by a twin handled urn and acanthine pineapples, the twin going-barrel movement with bell strike -- 18½in.
