A Japanese wood model of Mount Fuji carved with a coiled dragon in relief, the interior decorated in gold hiramakie, takamakie and kirigane with figures in boats beside huts amoung pine and rockwork and a bridge leading to a shrine before a mountainous landscape, all on a red lacquer ground (chips to dragon, flaking to lacquer and slight wear) -- 10¾in. long.
