An oak longcase clock, the trunk, hood and plinth later carved with foliate ornament, the stepped hood with barley twist column uprights flanking a square brass dial, with silvered Roman and Arabic chapter ring within foliate spandrels, the centre signed W. Anderson, LANCASTER, with two weights and a pendulum -- 84in. (213.3cm.) high.
