An Arita blue and white kraak-style plate painted to the centre with a grasshopper perched on rockwork among flowers within a border of alternating panels of flower sprays and precious objects -- 8¼in. diam; a blue and white plate painted with a shishi lion among peony sprays -- 7in. diam; another with ho-o inflight among cloud scrolls -- 8½in. diam; and a saucer dish with chrysanthemums and peonies -- 6¾in. diam, all 18th Century.
