A shaped pole screen embroidered in metal threads and coloured silks, the central section with five small panels, four with a roundel with a figure flanked by flower and fruit filled cornucopiae, the side panels with armourial bearings and elaborate strapwork with strawberries and flowers--29in x 29in. (at tallest), embroidery late 17th century, on carved pole, late 19th century in mid 18th century style
