An early Victorian rosewood davenport, with sloping leather-lined fall enclosing a maple-veneered interior of two dummy and two true drawers, three-quarter baluster gallery above, turned column supports and pen drawer above four side drawers with opposing dummy drawers, on plinth base and turned feet -- 20½in. (52cm.) wide.
