A Chamberlain's, Worcester shaped rectangular basket of naturalistic form, painted to the interior with exotic birds, flowers and fruits, within a border of applied coloured shells and seaweed and a moulded gilt rim, on four spreading feet of gilt and moulded anthemion form, (minor chips to the body, old restoration and damages to the handle), iron-red script mark, circa 1840 - 10½ in. diam
