A pair of Vienna-style deep-blue-ground oviform vases and covers with grape finials and applied with richly gilt satyr mask handles, painted in colours with Classical and Biblical figures including Europa and the Bull with attendants, and Samson and Delilah, between gilt scrolls and panels, supported on cylindrical stepped bases (one finial damaged and repairedm the other chipped, some wear to gilt), blue beehive mark to one, impressed numerals, circa 1900 -- 17¼in. high
