A SET OF FOUR GEORGE III SILVER CANDLESTICKS

In the Adam manner, each on oval stepped base with reeded edge and moulded fluting rising to a tapering faceted stem with urn shaped socket and detachable nozzle, the base engraved with a crest,
loaded bases
The crest is that of Hawkins Brown.
Each candlestick and nozzle is engraved with a number corresponding to an original set of at least eight, and also the weights of the candlesticks before each was loaded - 18.5oz, 17.19oz, 18oz, & 17.7oz.
