Lot Essay

'Jamie Forest' was by 'Happy-go-lucky' out of 'Beauty' whelped in 1847, and ran from 1848-1852, at the Abington, Biggar, Lytham St. Annes and Malony meetings, where he won the St. Leger in 1848.
'Queen Mary' was a brindal and white bitch by 'Cacciatore' out of 'Queen of Hearts' and ran at the Aberdeenshire, Abington and Clydesdale meetings during 1847.
