A lithographic advertisement for Rimmel's New Perfumed Valentines, giving details of Children's Valentines, Musical Valentines, on the reverse an advertisement for the Globe Theatre, Newcastle St, Strand, dated 14th February 1874; two embossed and pierced paperlace perfumed sachets, one with two folds, with applied scraps, opens with silk ribbont to reveal scraps, one lifting to reveal a verse on silk 'HAPPY LOVE/Happy the two whose hearts/are one,/Bound together by purest love They will have peace, and rest and joy,/Akin to those in heaven above ....' - 3 x 5in., circa 1870; the other with one fold and silver embossing, the centre with an applied scrap - 3 x 5in., circa 1870 (3)
