Six booklet chromolithographic valentine cards, signed A S in the bottom right hand corner, tied with coloured ribbons, three illustrated with pictures of elegantly dressed ladies being pursued by gentleman, the other three just of ladies, all open to reveal verses, one reads 'Now Cupid has let/fly his dart/And left your image/in my heart/At every hour throughout/the day/my love goes with you/on your way' - all 4 x 5in., circa 1930 (6)
